You Can Put Dynamic Page Elements Over Your Flash

We've gotten a couple of questions about getting page elements to display on top of a Flash animation in your page. There is no problem getting this to happen, and we've made an example to show you how.

The trick is to use the 'Opaque Windowless' setting when publishing your Flash animation. When you do that, the order of layers that you defined in your PSD file is adhered to.

<a href="http://psd2cssonline.com/tutorials/flash/index.html">Here is the example</a>. It includes links to the source PSD and Flash files used to make the page.

Put a Twitter Feed On Your Page

Put a Twitter Feed On Your Page

Let the people visiting your web site know exactly what your doing by adding your feed from the worlds leading micro blogging tool right to your page. Just draw a box into a layer in your PSD file where you would like the feed to be displayed, then name that layer 'YourTwitterName_twitter' (where you replace YourTwitterName with your real twitter id). That's it!

Now make textarea fields in your forms too

Now you can make textarea fields in your automatically generated forms on psd2css Online too. Just make a Photoshop or Gimp layer in your design with the letters '_textarea' in the name.
