psd2css Online is an online service that generates complete dynamic websites directly from Photoshop designs. We're a post beta startup with an cutting edge product, viable revenue and an existing and growing customer base.
We are looking for an ambitious and highly capable Business Development partner with a strong track record of creating and growing successful tech startups. This is a ground level founder level relationship. Compensation is founder equity in the company.
This partner will be responsible for Business Development and Marketing efforts for psd2css Online, Inc. Ideally be located in the Silicon Valley area, this position will play a key role in identifying and cultivating business development opportunities that include strategic partnerships, business to business relationships and investor relationships.
The successful candidate has experience building multiple successful tech startups and has been directly responsible for post-beta business development and growth for each. The candidate is well connected within Silicon Valley including strategic resource and investor relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing efforts
- Cultivate brand awareness
- Oversee advertising, cultivation of the existing customer base, and growth plans
- Participate in product matrix definition and management
- Identify and cultivate relationships with strategic partners
- Develop and implement online presence including web site design and user interface
- Identify and participate in relationships with investors and board members
- Develop approaches for market analysis, modeling, and targeting strategies, based on demographic and behavioral data, monitoring results and recalibrating programs as necessary
Job Requirements
- Proven success leading cross-functional efforts within fast growing organizations
- Ability to understand financial impact of decisions & strategy
- Able to work with and communicate with all levels of the organization in a team-oriented management approach
- Proven ability to identify and cultivate strategic relationships and partnerships
- Direct experience with investors through funding stages during startup growth
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
