This new comment feature to psd2css Online allows you to build your web page with Photoshop or Gimp and add to your page a complete and robust User Commenting system without writing any code at all. You just make a new layer, draw the spot in your design that you'd like the user comment section to be and name that layer with the '_comments' Layer Naming Convention. That's it!

You should be able to just open the generated html file (probably index.html) in DreamWeaver and go from there. Are you saying that Dreamweaver is destroying the generated code for comments (I don't have a copy of Dreamweaver)? I know I have lots of users who use Dreamweaver to edit the generated code. It would be terrible if DW wrecked the comments code.
